Pernigo Group grew out of an entrepreneurial journey begun in Verona in 1993 by the Pernigo family. Today it represents the evolution of more than thirty years of activity and development: a diversified portfolio of operating companies, rooted in their territory and oriented towards sustainable growth.

It operates through direct investments and shareholdings in food, real estate, urban regeneration and hospitality, with the aim of creating sustainable value over the long term.

The Group operates through subsidiaries across Italy, with particularly strong roots in the Verona area. The holding structure makes it possible to allocate capital with discipline, support the organic growth of the operating companies and pursue selected opportunities consistent with its founding values.

Agrifood & Territory

The Pernigo Agricultural Organism manages the Group's entire agrifood division, with direct control of the supply chain from production to processing. From its estates in the Verona area, it produces and guarantees raw materials, essences and food specialities.

    Certified organic farm in Valpantena. It produces medicinal plants, essential oils, extra virgin olive oil and honey on more than 100 hectares, 14 of which are active farmland. Respect for the land underpins every production choice.

    Mercanti
    Azienda Agricola

    The Group's farm in the Verona area, specialising in the Italian wheat supply chain: from growing the crop in the fields to milling it into flours and baked goods under the Mercanti brand. A vertical process that guarantees quality and traceability at every stage.

    della Volta

    Family winery in Valpantena, a wine-growing area with a thousand-year tradition. It manages 100% of its own vineyards with sustainable and organic practices, from cultivation to bottling, producing contemporary wines rooted in the identity of the territory.

    Fontanara

    Olive mill and boutique of Italian extra virgin olive oil. Fontanara produces and selects extra virgin olive oils from the local area and from across Italy, with rigorous attention to quality at every stage, from pressing to the choice of producers.

    Minfarino

    Artisan pizzeria and pizza-by-the-slice shop with several outlets in Veneto. M'infarino offers quality pizza and filled breads, made with naturally leavened doughs matured under controlled conditions for at least 24 hours. An informal kitchen, where ingredients are treated with the same care as in fine restaurants.

    Artisan preserves with character, shaped by a gastronomic innovator's vision.
